Hello and welcome. My name is Greg and I am based in Boksburg, South Africa. I am 28 years old and have been working in design for about 7 years now. I’m a DTP graphic designer. Most of the skills and knowledge I have are self-taught.

After studying Art at Benoni Technical College, South Africa I realized advertising is something I want to do as a career. So I started to search for a job in Advertising. Before I started in Advertising I worked at a Sign Writing company for about a year.

Currently, I’m working as a full time designer. To assist me in my career I have been studying and learning more through various tutorials about design and Web-design. My main focus is to expand my knowledge on Web-design, Flash and Illustrator.

I am also trying to get to know more about Indesign and other programs that might further my knowledge in the industry.

It's so easy to get stagnant. Any creative person needs stimulus and, over the years, I’ve found it in a variety of sources. In the beginning I just did my job and know there are so many tutorials and help files on the web and so easy to find, that will keep any person eager to learn more.
